Job Description
  CALL CENTER APPLICATIONS SPECIALIST to perform technical work of considerable difficulty in the design, installation, testing, maintenance, and quality assurance of computer applications primarily within a telecommunication/IVR environment. This individual will be responsible for assisting in the implementation of the MCD Contact Center solution requiring a thorough understanding of critical business processes. Will assist on call flow design, voice recognition, text to speech, email distribution, fax server, CRM, and IVR application integration.
